CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand that circumstances may arise unexpectedly, requiring adjustments to your scheduled appointments. To ensure fairness to all of my valued clients, I have implemented the following cancellation policy: 1. Cancellation period: Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. 2. Cancellation Fee: In the event of a cancellation within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged. This fee is necessary to compensate for the time lost on the reserved appointment slot. 3. Notification: Please notify me of any changes as soon as possible. You can reach me by email or instagram at any time. 4. Late arrivals: I understand that unforeseen circumstances can cause delays. However, please note that arriving late to your appointment may result in a shortened session to accommodate other scheduled appointments and still will be a full charge. 5. No-Show Policy: Failure to provide notice of cancellation and not showing up for your appointment without prior notification will result in a charge equivalent to 100% of the service cost. I greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation with my cancellation policy.
